A man from Ontario, Canada, managed to save three deer stranded on a frozen lake after coming across them while out skating on his lunch break.

I must admit I would have worried about breaking their spindly legs but he obviously knew better. Good job that man.

Kerri I read later where the two younger ones ran off straight away but the doe stuck around looked as though he had an injured hip or leg. Let's hope he was ok.
Saving 3 lives in one day is one remarkable achievements.

For some reason I kinda laughed when he had to poke them in the butt to make them realize they were free now. Great job saving all those deer.
